This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified organizations to provide Bulk Buy Dump Trucks, including Single Axle and Tandem Axle models, to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The contract period starts from the fully executed agreement and lasts for one year. All dump trucks purchased must be delivered by December 31, 2027. MoDOT anticipates purchasing between 45 and 65 dump trucks in total.
