Description

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking proposals for a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) for the Centennial Park Development – Phase 2 project at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area in Llano and Gillespie Counties, Texas. The project includes development of relocated entry and monument signage, operational facilities such as a new headquarters building, staff residences, maintenance yards, and support buildings.
