The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking proposals for a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) for the Centennial Park Development – Phase 2 project at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area in Llano and Gillespie Counties, Texas. The project includes development of relocated entry and monument signage, operational facilities such as a new headquarters building, staff residences, maintenance yards, and support buildings. It also covers site utilities, day use facilities, paved and gravel roadways, overnight facilities, sustainable systems, site demolition, and historic structures renovation and reuse. Proposals must be submitted electronically via TPWD's Vendor Gateway by October 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
