Description

This solicitation is for repairs and maintenance of the existing fire alarm and sprinkler system at the ALDOT WCR Area 5 Equipment/Warehouse Building located at 2715 Skyland Blvd. E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405. The current system includes a Gamewell-FCI S3 Series main panel, local addressable annunciator, 317 sprinkler heads, addressable pull station, photoelectric smoke detector, and associated equipment. The work includes replacement of sprinkler heads, fire pulls, board upgrades, and other related maintenance. Service will be requested on an as-needed basis for the period from 10/1/2026 to 9/30/2027, and pricing must include service call, hourly rates, overtime hourly rates, and a percent mark-up for parts and materials.
