Description
The work to be performed consists of the removal of a non-essential low point drain from a three (3) inch condensate line and the replacement and addition of seismic bracing of the condensate line. Contractor shall furnish all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to replace and support repairs to the condensate line. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract IAW the procedures at RFO 12.201-1 and RFO Part 36 respectively. A mandatory site visit will be held within an estimated three calendar days from the issuance of the solicitation. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for review.
