This opportunity is for the procurement and installation of a commercial hood-type pot and pan washer at the Rheinland Inn Dining Facility, Ramstein Air Base, managed by the 786th Force Support Squadron (FSS/FSVF) of the U.S. Air Forces in Europe. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 786th Force Support Squadron (FSS)/Force Support Vehicle Flight (FSVF) - Products/Services Requested: - Heavy-duty, commercial hood-type pot, pan, and utensil washer - Must comply with NSF/ANSI Standard 3 sanitization and Thermolabel test requirements - Minimum hourly capacity: 30 double-racks - Integrated chemical dispensers compatible with existing dosing system - Separate continuous-flow water softening system (min 20 liters/min) - Digital control panel with visual cycle status - Three automatic wash cycles plus self-cleaning cycle - Automatic soil-sensing system and multi-stage filtration - Complete heavy-duty utility rack set (large rack with rollers, universal insert, flat plastic rack for small utensils) - Minimum wash temperature: 65°C; final rinse: 82°C - Maximum 8.0 liters freshwater per cycle - Electrical load: max 22.0 kW on 400V/50Hz/3-Phase power - Double-walled insulated stainless steel construction - Specified dimensions to fit existing kitchen footprint - Warranty: minimum two years - Installation and Site Services - Removal of existing unit, site restoration, sealing with food-safe materials - Utility hook-up, protection of surrounding equipment, cleaning and sanitizing work area - Coordination with Facility Manager to avoid meal period interruptions - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery and installation must be completed within 120 days after order - Delivery hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00 local time - Offerors must ensure all technical specifications and evaluation criteria are met - No specific OEMs or brands are named; products must be compatible with existing dosing systems - Warranty of at least two years required - Installation includes removal and proper disposal of the old unit, site restoration, and food-safe sealing

Description

IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):   (i) The 786th FSS/FSVF requires the procurement, installation, and utility hook-up of a commercial, hood-type pot and pan washer at the Rheinland Inn Dining Facility (DFAC), Building 2107, Ramstein Air Base. This equipment supports high-volume food service operations by sanitizing heavy cookware under rigorous food safety standards. The specific technical specifications  are attached in the statement of work document.   (ii) In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is published on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) to document the requirement. The Government will conduct a competitive acquisition and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value and is most advantageous, price and other factors considered. Funding has been received; however, the anticipated award date will be determined following the evaluation of quotations. (viii) An offeror’s proposed product must meet all specifications listed in the salient characteristics document and satisfy the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation in order to be eligible for award. Technical data to assist in proposal development is attached to this notice.
