Description

Work performed consists of the replacement of two (2) failing rooftop packaged air conditioning units (RTU-1 and RTU-2) with modern, high-efficiency, "like-in-kind" units at Building 3852. Additionally, this project requires the comprehensive removal and replacement of all building supply and return ductwork insulation to restore thermal efficiency and indoor air quality, the integration of new units with the existing Building Automation System (BAS) or the provision of standalone programmable controls, and the complete removal and replacement of all suspended acoustical ceiling tiles (2'x2' tegular profile). Contractor shall provide all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to engineer, install, and warranty this system in accordance with the following Statement of Work.
