This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO 12. The solicitation number 36C26026Q0971 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for HI-IQ Software Subscription Licenses for the Puget Sound Veterans Healthcare System located at 1660 S. Columbian way, Seattle WA. which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes.
