DLA Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking to procure 6,000 rolls of pressure sensitive tape for use at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division - Contracting Office: DLA-PME - OEMs and Approved Manufacturers: - Berry Global Polyken (models 757 and 767UV) - Dr. Shrink Inc (P/N 7127-25) - Products Requested: - Pressure sensitive tape - 2" width x 60 yards length x 0.007" thick - White plastic, adhesive on one side - 6,000 rolls - Maximum shelf life: 24 months - Deteriorative Material Marking required - Each roll must have Date of Manufacture (DOM) - Notable Requirements: - Strict quality, packaging, marking, and inspection standards - Delivery is FOB destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 for contractors unless item is COTS - Bidders must provide manufacturer information, lead time, and delivery date - Solicitation is set aside for SBA

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
