THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY SEAPORT HOLDERS. Commander, Naval Air Force Reserve (CNAFR) requires technical support services encompassing system administration, management, operations, maintenance, training and overall technical expertise required to operate and maintain the Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) in a Virtual Environment directly supporting the CNAFR Aviation Supply Directorate.
