Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is soliciting bids for plugging and plating five orphan wells. The project scope includes mobilization, site development, drilling or cleaning out, plugging of wells, disposal of materials, decommissioning and removal of equipment, and restoration of disturbed areas.
