Description
The City of Seal Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call environmental hazardous material testing services. These services may include routine, emergency, and unanticipated work assignments such as inspection, sampling, and testing for asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, PCBs, mold, and other hazardous materials. The City intends to award one or more agreements to ensure availability and timely response. The term of each agreement is three years with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed, and tasks will be authorized on a task-order basis.
