This is not a formal solicitation and there are no submissions required. The proposed contract action is for products or services for which the City of North Port intends to negotiate and award with only one contractor/vendor under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(5)(c). The scope of work involves the use of Sarasota County Landfill for the City of North Port’s Solid Waste Disposal Services Tipping Fees for Fiscal Year 2027. The estimated contract value is $3,171,640, pending commission approval of the 2027 budget.
