The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is soliciting proposals for Districtwide Office of Modal Development Special Projects Communication & Outreach services in District Four, which includes Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. The scope includes communication planning and implementation, messaging development, public relations, community involvement, customer service, translation and interpreting services, website and social media development, media communications, customer surveys, audio/video exhibitions, and project planning coordination. The contract term is anticipated to begin on November 20, 2026, and run through November 19, 2031, with a budgetary ceiling of $1,500,000.00. The Department intends to award the contract to the most advantageous proposer based on responsiveness and responsibility.
