Description

The City of Tifton is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to assist with state grant funded projects under the Rural Workforce Housing Initiative. The selected firm will provide engineering preliminary design and report services for application purposes and, if funded, project implementation. Services include planning, design, cost estimating, permitting, procurement, and construction management for water distribution, sanitary sewer, stormwater drainage, and roadway infrastructure. Proposals must be submitted by September 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM to the Office of the City Manager at Tifton City Hall.
