Description
The City of Carson is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified event production, venue management, and event operations firms to serve as the Master Event Operator for The Carson Experience/Carson X. This event is a proposed up-to-30-day celebration and global village associated with the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the City's 60th Anniversary in 2028. The selected operator will provide integrated event planning, design management, procurement and subcontracting, site build-out, operational readiness, Games-time event operations, and closeout services. The solicitation is qualifications-based and may result in single or multiple awards with a term of 5 years.
