Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, part of the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, is soliciting bids for the supply and installation of Vertiv GXT4 72V RT EBC battery cabinets. - Government Buyer: - Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) - Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare (NBH) Hospital - OEMs and Vendors: - Vertiv (sole OEM for equipment and services) - Only Vertiv factory-trained and authorized technicians or Vertiv Partners may bid - Products/Services Requested: - 23 Vertiv GXT4 72V RT EBC battery cabinets (with RMKIT for 3KVA R) - Installation services including disconnecting/reconnecting UPS battery systems, verifying and servicing racks/cabinets, replacing units/hardware, cleaning, anti-corrosion measures, wiring/grounding, commissioning monitors, and battery recycling/disposal - Freight and delivery - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) set-aside; only bidders with active MBE certification and Vertiv approval are eligible - No substitutions allowed unless explicitly authorized - All costs for delivery, setup, and warranty must be included - Award will be made to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier - Vertiv is the sole OEM referenced for both equipment and service requirements

Description

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare (NBH) Hospital is soliciting dealers for services from a Vertiv factory-trained and authorized technician equipped with Vertiv Proprietary tools and software. The services include disconnecting the battery system from UPS, verifying the integrity of the battery rack/cabinet, removing modules, measuring and recording parameters, replacing units and hardware, cleaning and neutralizing cables and racks, adding anti-corrosion measures, installing tab washers, ensuring proper wiring and grounding, returning the battery system to float, commissioning monitors, providing a proper charging cycle, cleaning the site, and preparing batteries for recycling and disposal. Only Vertiv CE’s and Vertiv Partners that are approved service providers for Vertiv products may respond to this solicitation. The project will be awarded to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier, including all costs for delivery, setup, and warranty.
