The Seniors Division within Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) seeks a proponent to review Alberta's Elder Abuse Strategy (2022-27) to help determine future directions for elder abuse prevention and response. The review will consider previous strategies, stakeholder engagement, funding models, and emerging trends to inform future priorities, funding considerations, partnership opportunities, and strategic options. The review aims to identify future priorities, funding approaches, and strategic options, including potential strategy renewal, refresh, redesign, or integration within a broader seniors policy framework. It must apply a trauma-informed lens and demonstrate an understanding of elder abuse issues.
