Description
This project involves the removal and replacement of localized sections of the existing SBS-modified bitumen roofing system that have reached the end of their service life or have been damaged. Work includes selective demolition and removal of the existing roofing components, inspection and preparation of the substrate, and installation of a new SBS-modified bitumen roofing assembly with new insulation and necessary flashings to ensure a watertight installation. The contractor will ensure proper integration with the existing roof system and provide a roof condition assessment and report to guide the project. The replaced areas will be watertight, properly drained, and fully sealed upon completion.
