Synopsis and Solicitation Overview This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Solicitation Details Solicitation number FA875126Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, instruments, meters, gauges, test equipment, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance, inspections, adjustments, calibration, repair or replacement, and new installation of Electronic Access Control Systems, including additions or changes. Service includes repair service call labor, which could result from lightning strikes, vandalism, accidents, or normal malfunctions. Location and Performance Period Work shall be performed at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Information & Spectrum Warfare Directorate – Rome Research Site, and remote test sites at Stockbridge & Newport, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) ULDF 27-0428, dated 04 August 2026 (Attachment No. 1). The anticipated period of performance is from 03 October 2026 through 02 October 2027, with three (3) option years, potentially concluding on 02 October 2030. An additional six (6) months extension is included per FAR 52.217-8, extending the period to 02 April 2031. Addenda include: (a) Written quotes are due by 4PM EST, 27 AUG 2026, via email to Ashley.Ellinger@us.af.mil. (c) Include your company's Unique Identifier (UID) for the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level specified in DFARS 252.204-7025. The evaluation will consider PRICE and PAST PERFORMANCE, which are of approximately equal importance. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness, realism, and balance. Offerors must use the Bid Schedule (Attachment No. 2) for pricing. Offerors shall submit past performance information, including recent and relevant contracts, references, contract numbers, points of contact, and telephone numbers. All offerors must include a statement of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions. Failure to furnish required information or rejection of terms may exclude an offer from consideration. The evaluation will also consider the factors outlined in FAR 52.212-2, including price and past performance, with the government intending to award to the lowest priced offer with no negative past performance.
