South Sanpete School District (SSSD) is soliciting proposals for construction management/general contractor (CM/GC) services for the preconstruction and construction of two new Applied Professional Education Experience (APEX) Centers located at Gunnison Valley High School and Manti High School. The total combined fixed limit of construction cost (FLCC) budget for both projects is $10 million. The CM/GC contractor must be licensed in Utah and capable of working closely with SSSD and design consultants through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules, and constructability feedback. Proposals including fee proposals, management plans, references, and statements of qualifications are due by September 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT.
