The City of Tifton is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to assist with state grant funded projects under the Rural Workforce Housing Initiative. The selected engineer will provide planning, design, cost estimating, permitting, procurement, and construction management services for infrastructure supporting a new workforce housing development, including water distribution, sanitary sewer, stormwater drainage, and roadway construction.
