Description

The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of the College of Staten Island, seeks a qualified firm to operate and manage the College's student residential housing facility, Dolphin Cove. The development is located on the CSI campus at 2800 Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, NY, and is designed to house approximately 454 students in shared fully furnished suites with amenities.
