SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking qualifications from an architectural/engineering team for full design services for the renovation of the existing 3 South wing of University Hospital. The project includes programming, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. The renovation will create a dedicated Procedural and Recovery area for Interventional Radiology patients, including three procedure rooms and a CT Procedural Scan room, with a complete gut renovation of approximately 15,000 square feet. The scope also includes electrical infrastructure upgrades, mechanical upgrades to meet current code requirements, and all associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations to support the new clinical program.
