Description

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), Division of Real Estate (DRE), is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for all cementitious and epoxy resin terrazzo flooring throughout the Empire State Plaza (ESP). The contract term is 5 years. Bidders must meet minimum experience requirements, including at least five years of relevant experience or senior management experience, completion of maintenance on 700,000 square feet or more of terrazzo flooring, and membership in the National Terrazzo and Mosaic Association.
