SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Teleflex Interventional Cardiology & Radiology Structural Heart Large-Bore Closure products under its discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which allows purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances.
