Pre-Qualification of Research Entities for Grant-Funded Research with DC Courts

This opportunity is for research entities to pre-qualify for a roster enabling participation in future grant-funded research projects with the District of Columbia Courts Strategic Management Division. - Solicitation is for Statements of Qualifications from research organizations - Focus areas include juvenile justice, eviction, specialty courts, diversion programs, domestic violence, recidivism, family mediation, technology in courts, alternative dispute resolution, debt collection, court management innovation, clean slate laws, appellate practice, and Access to Justice initiatives - No specific products, OEMs, or part numbers are requested; only research services - Pre-qualification is valid for two years, with a possible one-year extension - All future grant-funded research projects will be competed among pre-qualified entities - Submission requirements and scope are detailed in Section C of the RFPQ document - No contract award at this stage; this is for roster establishment

The District of Columbia Courts (“Courts” or “DCC”) on behalf of the Strategic Management Division, Grants Management Program (“SMD) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from those entities (“Offerors”) interested in performing grant funded research opportunities as specified in Section C (Description/Specifications/Work Statement).

SMD seeks to establish a roster of pre-qualified research entities interested in and available to  engage in grant-funded research opportunities.  All grant funded research opportunities will be competed and awarded accordingly.
