Description
Peace River School Division (PRSD) is seeking proposals from qualified businesses to provide plumbing, gasfitting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and preventive mechanical maintenance services for designated facilities in the Division's West Service Area and Manning Aurora Composite School in Manning, Alberta. The contract is a one-year pilot arrangement aimed at providing reliable day-to-day, preventive, and emergency mechanical services. The successful contractor must coordinate and deliver the full scope of services using qualified personnel or subcontractors and will be fully responsible for all work performed. The pilot contract duration is 11 months starting from September 21, 2026, with no automatic renewal.
