Municipal Shared Services (MSS), operating under the legal name Municipal Joint Services Board (MJSB), invites qualified firms to submit responses to this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) on behalf of the Town of Bridgewater (TOB), Public Service Commission of Bridgewater (PSCB), the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg (MODL), and the Town of Mahone Bay (TOMB). The purpose of this RFPQ is to identify and shortlist qualified respondents with demonstrated experience in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Operational Technology (OT), and cybersecurity services related to critical water and wastewater infrastructure. The scope includes cybersecurity assessments of water and wastewater treatment facilities and associated SCADA and operational technology environments, aiming to improve cybersecurity resilience and support future risk mitigation initiatives.
