Scope Articles shall be repaired, tested, and inspected per the terms in the Requirements Section. Equipment such as fixtures, jigs, dies, etc., required for manufacture and testing, will not be provided by the Government and is the contractor's responsibility. 2. Definitions Contractor: The successful offeror awarded a contract or project work order. Overhaul: Disassembled, cleaned, inspected, repaired, reassembled, tested, and returned to a ready condition. Repair: Restored to a ready condition, tested, and compliant with the repair manual. 3. Scope The items shall be overhauled, upgraded, repaired, tested, inspected, and accepted as per the contract. Equipment such as fixtures, jigs, dies, etc., are not provided by the Government unless specified. 4. Parts and Materials The contractor shall supply all parts and materials unless identified as Government Furnished Material. All parts shall be in accordance with the latest drawings and specifications, and new unless approved otherwise. 5. Quality Requirements The contractor shall establish a quality system conforming to ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, maintain calibration systems, and ensure proper markings and storage conditions. 6. Configuration Management The contractor shall maintain a configuration management plan as per NAVSUP WSS provisions. 7. Markings and Storage Markings shall follow the contract specifications. Storage shall be in proper enclosed environments, maintaining quality control standards. 8. Inspection and Quality Assurance The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, maintaining quality control documentation, and ensuring compliance with all specifications. Records of inspection, repair, and testing shall be maintained and made available to the Government. 9. Additional Notes The contractor shall repair and test each item using approved ATPs. Configuration management clauses apply where specified. Part cannibalization is not authorized unless approved. Any changes to repair manuals or drawings require PCO approval.
