Return is defined as physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility as reflected in the Action Date in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system. The contractor must report all transactions accurately by the end of the fifth business day after receipt, and the Action Date in CAV must reflect the actual receipt date. The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government within the RTATs established in the contract. The required RTAT is 119 days after receipt of the asset. The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each serial number (SN), indicating the total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery. Induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award; assets received after this date are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement. Reconciliation modifications will be issued after final inspection and acceptance of all assets. All contractual documents are considered issued when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent electronically. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. 1. Scope Markings shall comply with MIL-STD-130. Articles shall be manufactured, tested, and inspected according to THE BOEING COMPANY drawing number 81205, revision Latest, and all referenced specifications. Equipment such as fixtures, jigs, dies, patterns, mylars, special tooling, test equipment, or any manufacturing aids are not provided by the Government unless expressly specified. If MIL-STD-454 is referenced, compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C is expected. 2. Applicable Documents - NOT APPLICABLE 3. Requirements 3.1 General: This SOW establishes repair and testing/inspection criteria, including component repair, replacement, reassembly, and testing to return units to a serviceable condition. 3.2 Definitions: Contractor: The successful offeror awarded a contract, order, or project work order. Overhaul: Disassembled, cleaned, inspected, repaired as necessary, reassembled, tested, and returned to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. Repair: Restored to RFI condition by replacing or repairing defective components, tested per the repair/overhaul manual. 3.3 Scope: The items shall be overhauled, upgraded, repaired, tested, inspected, and accepted per contract terms. Equipment such as fixtures, jigs, dies, patterns, mylars, special tooling, and test equipment are the contractor's responsibility unless specified otherwise. 3.4 Repair/Upgrade Requirements: The contractor shall provide facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test equipment to return specified items to RFI condition, including ARS Actuator P/N 8090201912-100, NSN, and related manuals and specifications. 3.5 Parts and Materials: The contractor shall supply all parts/materials unless identified as Government Furnished Material (GFM). All parts/materials must conform to latest drawings and specifications, and be new unless approved otherwise. Changes to drawings or specifications require PCO approval. 3.6 Source and Location of Repair Source: The contractor shall specify the performing division and location, e.g., THE BOEING COMPANY, MAIL STOP 45-24, SEATTLE, WA, 98124-2207. 3.7 Quality Requirements: The contractor shall establish a quality system conforming to ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, and maintain a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, ISO-10012-1, or equivalent. 3.8 Configuration Management: The contractor shall maintain a configuration management plan per NAVSUP WSS clause NAVICPIA18. 3.9 Markings: Markings shall follow the contract specifications when applicable. 3.10 Storage: The contractor shall provide proper enclosed storage for materials awaiting repair and assets awaiting shipment to prevent damage. 4.
