The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) team and is considering the issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of a multiple purpose cargo trailer in support of daily operations.
70FA5026Q00000029 commercial products or commercial services solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Evaluation Factors
The vendor shall provide a response in accordance with all requirements of this solicitation, and the below factors are listed in its order of importance.

Factor 2. Past Performance
The Contractor shall submit a business capability statement and reference three (3) past performance experiences that is similar to the requirements set forth in this solicitation. Past experience summaries shall be for projects completed in the last three years or currently in process, which are of similar size, scope, and complexity relevant to the effort required by this solicitation. Contracts listed may include those entered into with the Federal Government, agencies of State and local governments, and commercial customers. Contracts with the parent or an affiliate of the offeror may not be used.
The following information shall be provided for each referenced contract:

c. Brief synopsis of work performed
d. Contract value
Factor 3. Price/Product Specification
The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.209 and per the requirements of the statement of work, and the Contracting Officer shall determine that the prospective Contractor is responsible and that the prices offered (inclusive of discounts) are reasonable before awarding the contract.

The Contracting Officer must ensure that contract terms, conditions, and prices are commensurate with the Government’s need. Pricing shall be completed on the attached pricing template, and the evaluation will also be based on the above criteria.
