NIWC Pacific Solicits Full Lifecycle Engineering and Software Sustainment for Application Arsenal Platform

This opportunity is for full lifecycle engineering and software sustainment services for the U.S. Navy's Application Arsenal (AA) platform, managed by NIWC Pacific. - The contract covers: - Systems engineering, software development, cybersecurity, and program management for the AA enterprise service - DevSecOps pipeline integration, secure software distribution, and support for autonomous systems - Operations, maintenance, system administration, cybersecurity compliance, help desk, training, and logistics - Integration with existing infrastructure and Cross-Domain Solutions for secure data transfer - Rapid agile development to address Science & Technology gaps - Generation and maintenance of technical data and regular reporting - Work will be performed in classified environments up to Top Secret/SCI and may require travel to various U.S. combatant commands - Estimated effort is approximately 32 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) annually - Period of performance is one base year plus three option years (total of up to four years) - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are identified; this is a services-focused opportunity - The contract is expected to be cost-reimbursement type - Primary work locations are contractor sites and government facilities in San Diego, CA

Description

The Naval Information Warfare Center -Pacific (NIWC-PAC) Command and Control Systems Division, Code 53200, has a requirement for full lifecycle of systems engineering and software sustainment for the Application Arsenal (AA) platform. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, and services to perform the tasks outlined in the SOW.
