This opportunity seeks alarm system technology upgrades and modernization for Scott Air Force Base, led by the 375th Civil Engineer Squadron under the Department of the Air Force. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 375th Civil Engineer Squadron (AMC), Scott Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Monaco Enterprises, Inc. is specified as the requested OEM for alarm system hardware and software - Products Requested: - CPUs with RDCIII upgrades and V2 software (multiple units, including rack-mount and tower CPUs) - 55" monitors (4 units total) - Replacement touchscreen monitors (4 units total) - Rack and desk UPS short-term power units with battery backup (6 units total) - KVM drawer and extenders (1 KVM drawer, 2 single HDMI extenders, 1 dual KVM extender) - Digital Voice Recorder (DVR) replacement with touchscreen interface, supporting 16 analog and 16 digital channels plus an additional 16 analog channel card (optional) - Services Requested: - Software license transfer and installation across multiple buildings - Up to four hours of operator training post-installation - System validation and configuration to current database standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All hardware must be compatible with Monaco alarm system technology and support V2 software - Optional DVR system must support both analog and digital channels with expansion capability - Training and system validation are required after installation - Integration and license transfer for all upgraded components

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR ALARM SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES AT SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, ILLINOIS.

The United States Air Force at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois is seeking to identify interested offerors qualified for alarm systems technology upgrades. The general scope of this project includes CPUs with RDCIII upgrades and configurations, large and touchscreen monitors, rack UPS short-term power units with battery backup, with software license transfer in multiple buildings at Scott AFB. The Contractor shall provide required products and installation service in accordance with the SOW.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code is 561621. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the Sources Sought or any follow up information requests. Respondents will not be notified for the results.

The information requested will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.
