The Air Force Sustainment Center at Hill Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide Airman Ministry Coordinator (AMC) services supporting spiritual resiliency for single Airmen. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Material Command, Air Force Sustainment Center, 75 ABW Chapel, Hill Air Force Base - U.S. Air Force, Hill AFB, 75 CPTS FM AF BPN NO MLSBLS PROC CP8015861490 - Services Requested: - Airman Ministry Coordinator non-personal services contract - Planning and leading spiritual, recreational, and leadership development events (monthly events, weekly Bible studies, fellowship dinners, annual retreats) - Volunteer recruitment and training, reporting, coordination with Chaplain Corps - Product Line Items: - Airman Ministry Coordinator (12 units per year, base year and four option years; part numbers: 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must have a bachelor's degree in theology or ministry - Preferably five years of military ministry experience - Must maintain a safe, inclusive environment respecting all faiths - Continuity of essential contractor services during crises - Compliance with FAR and DFARS clauses - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the requirement is strictly for services.

Description

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a requirement consisting of one (1) base year plus four (4) option years for an Airman Ministry Coordinator (AMC) non-personal services contract in support of the Hill AFB Chapel to support spiritual resiliency events for single Airmen. Please refer to the attached solicitation (FA820126Q0036) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full scope of work and submission instructions.
