Product Service Code is J065 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment (Medical, Dental, Veterinary) Purpose and Objectives This Sources Sought Notice is issued by VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Ann Arbor, MI for the purpose of collecting information about GE Telemetry and Physiology Service Contract for the following location: NIHCS Fort Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.

The VA is seeking contractors to provide for this requirement for one (1) base year and two (2) one-year options (to be exercised at the discretion of the Government). A DRAFT copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Responses: Please submit your response in accordance with the following instructions: Responses shall be no more than 20 pages in length. Responses are due by 08/24/2025 at 8:00 AM ET. Responses shall be submitted via email. Email Responses Only will be accepted. No Phone calls. No questions regarding the requirements, as all known information is provided in the DRAFT PWS. Commercial pricing shall be included with detailed information on how each billable item is priced and billed within your company.
