Description
This solicitation is for the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the removal of existing epoxy paint from the designated Upstream Stairs and Control Tower Platform. Upstream Stairs are approximately 165 ft in length and 7 ft wide including the knee wall. The Control Tower Platform is approximately 27,432 square feet. Any pressurized propellant used during the removal process shall be limited to water or sand. Upon removal of the epoxy paint from the concrete, the Contractor shall be responsible for the containment, collection, and cleanup of all paint debris. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached Scope of Work and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. Quotes are due on 28 August 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561790. The size standard is $9M.
