Description
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is soliciting responses from qualified respondents to provide accessibility review, documentation, and remediation support for instructional materials across multiple content areas and grade bands. This work is part of the continuous improvement of TEA's Open Educational Resources (OER). The contract involves scalable, repeatable, and high-quality accessibility services for a large and evolving portfolio of instructional materials, including both newly developed and continuously improved materials. The scope includes multiple products, development stages, and annual cycles to ensure equitable access in alignment with federal and state accessibility requirements and TEA standards.
