The County of Orange, Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department is soliciting competitive sealed bids from pre-qualified firms for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for General Building Services. The contract will be a usage contract effective for one year or until the total contract amount is reached. Contractors must have a current California Class B General Building Contractor's license. Only vendors on the pre-qualified vendor list are eligible to submit a bid.
