Caltrans District 7 (Los Angeles and Ventura counties) is seeking qualified firms for a three-year on-call contract to provide Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Structure Construction Engineering and Inspection Services. - Government Buyer: - California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) - District 7, Division of Engineering Services, Office of Structure Construction (District 59), Structure Construction Office D - Scope of Services: - Construction engineering, inspection, contract administration, change order preparation, claims support, and quality control for transportation structure projects - Projects include seismic retrofits, lane expansions, bridge rehabilitations, and slope repairs on major routes (I-105, SR-91, I-405, etc.) - Excludes roadway construction and certain engineering disciplines - Personnel Requirements: - Key personnel must be licensed engineers with minimum experience (five years in contract management, ten years in A&E structure construction inspection) - Must comply with federal and state prevailing wage rates - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Mandatory disclosure and reporting of any use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in deliverables or processes - Recent changes to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program per federal regulations - Compliance with nondiscrimination, civil rights, and conflict of interest requirements - Vendor services incidental to core A&E work must be listed in SOQs with rate sheets - Procurement Details: - RFQ process with in-person interviews for shortlisted firms - Submission of detailed financial documents - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to qualified consulting firms - Estimated Contract Value: - $21,832,530 to $35,477,861 - Period of Performance: - Three-year contract term with annual escalation rates; task orders issued as needed

Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for A&E On-call Structure Construction (Office D) Engineering and Inspection Services in District 07.
