Solicitation Information

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Jaclyn Porter at jaclyn.l.porter.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Time on 26 August 2026.

Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.

VENDORS MUST BE AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER. YOU MUST SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT VIA AN OFFICIAL LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION (LOA) PROVIDED AND SIGNED BY THE OEM VERIFYING YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER OR YOUR QUOTE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
