Northern Navajo Medical Center, part of the Indian Health Service (Navajo Area), is procuring portable ultrasound systems and transducers to support ICU bedside imaging and procedural guidance. - Government Buyer: - Northern Navajo Medical Center (Indian Health Service, Navajo Area) - OEM Highlight: - FUJIFILM Sonosite - Products Requested: - 1 FUJIFILM Sonosite LX Ultrasound System - Includes C5-1, L12-3, P5-1, and L13-6 transducers - Onsite setup, training, and five-year manufacturer warranty - 1 FUJIFILM Sonosite ST Ultrasound System - Includes one L12-3 transducer and small basket - Onsite setup, training, and five-year manufacturer warranty - Shipping & handling for both systems - Services Requested: - Onsite setup, configuration, acceptance testing, and operational verification - Onsite user orientation and training covering system operation, clinical presets, transducer use, cleaning, preventive care, and maintenance - Access to Sonosite education platform - Five-year manufacturer warranty for each system and transducers - Unique Requirements: - Replacement of failed ICU ultrasound system - Delivery within 60 days after contract award - Onsite training within 30 days post-delivery - Five-year warranty coverage for all equipment - Brand name or equal (ISBEE set aside) - Quantities: - 2 ultrasound systems (1 LX, 1 ST) - 5 transducers (4 for LX, 1 for ST) - 2 sets of onsite setup, training, and warranty coverage
