Description

The procurement consists entirely of psychological testing materials and assessments, specifically the DAT Next Generation. OCP requires scalable usage of tests that render objective data related to certain specific cognitive abilities, variations in personality, and psychological health to evaluate candidates for mental health readiness and suitability to become an Army Recruiter, undergo MOS transfer, or join specific units. Assessments must be administered in virtual environments using remote methods while ensuring test security. Results need to be visible and reviewable on government owned/operated platforms, retrievable via cloud storage through network connections, and scorable via computer programming with results available immediately after test administration. OCP uses psychological tests to execute personnel evaluations across the force generation enterprise. To make hiring decisions, selected tests must meet minimum criteria required by state psychology licensing boards and the American Psychological Association. These criteria require empirical support, overall validity, reliability, and utility. The DAT Next Generation meets the psychometric properties, utility, and cost-effectiveness needed for current OCP missions.
