The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division is seeking to procure advanced unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related components for tactical training and mission support. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division, Range Systems Department, Code RS 20S4 - OEM Highlight: - Freefly Systems is the sole OEM specified for all UAVs and components - Products Requested: - Alta X Gen 2 (NDAA) UAV (part number: 950-00174), quantity: 1 - Freefly AstroMax UAV (part number: 950-00187), quantity: up to 6 - LR1 Payload (part number: 950-00147), quantity: 1 - Flux 01 (part number: 950-00182), quantity: 1 - Multiple batteries, chargers, propellers, landing gear, vibration isolators, payload mounts, spare parts kits, and accessories - Detailed line items include part numbers and quantities for each accessory (e.g., 12 S Flight Battery, TA3200 Battery Charger, CCW/CW Propellers, SL8 Air Batteries, Astro FPV System, RTK Ground Station, etc.) - Unique Requirements: - All products must be compliant with DoD Blue SUAS policy and NDAA requirements - No gray market items permitted; all items must be new and sourced directly from Freefly Systems - Heavy lift UAVs (up to 35 lbs payload) and modular payload interfaces are required for mission flexibility - Delivery to Tactical Combat Training System at Naval Air Station Key West, FL - Compliance with DFARS item identification and valuation standards - Period of Performance: - All items must be delivered on or before the specified completion date; no option years or subscriptions - No other OEMs or vendors are referenced; procurement is exclusive to Freefly Systems

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026. The provisions at 52.212-1 and the clauses at 52.212-4 apply to this acquisition; no addenda are attached.

This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation.

Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency.  Quotes are due no later than the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to the email address in the posting.

Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.  No telephone requests.
