Description

Henry County Schools is soliciting proposals for the production of graduation ceremonies for the years 2027 through 2029. The scope includes providing all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to deliver a turnkey finished product. This encompasses stages and structures, sound systems, video walls, soft goods, lighting, electrical power, and live-streaming services. A rigging load certified technician must be onsite during all stages, truss, fly, and operation of equipment. The procurement will be conducted as a Best Value Approach Request for Proposals.
