The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment for emergency repairs for a transport truck for Eastern Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, Crownpoint, NM, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
