Description
The Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to pre-qualify engineering firms or individuals to provide Engineering Services, including prime consultant services, on an as-and-when-required basis. Services may include investigations, feasibility studies, technical assessments, engineering analysis, planning and design, preparation of drawings and specifications, cost estimating, scheduling, risk assessments, procurement support, contract administration, site reviews, testing, commissioning, and project close-out services across various engineering disciplines. Individual assignments will have a maximum services value of $75,000. Respondents must demonstrate required insurance coverage, active WorkSafeBC account, accreditation with Engineers & Geoscientists BC, and relevant experience. The pre-qualification list will be valid for up to three years, during which JIBC may invite pre-qualified providers to participate in subsequent procurement processes or negotiate directly for specific assignments.
