The City intends to purchase one (1) unit immediately, with the possibility of purchasing additional units at the same per-unit cost within twelve (12) months after bid acceptance. Bidders must submit their bids in paper format by September 1, 2026, 11:00 a.m. A three percent local preference will be extended to businesses within the City of Bakersfield limits.
