The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Facilities Services Division, Transportation Program, is soliciting fixed-price commercial repair services for its 2018 International MV607 SBA vehicle. - Government Buyer: - National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Facilities Services Division, Transportation Program - Contracting Officer: Helen Wesley - OEMs and Vendors: - International (Navistar) – manufacturer of the MV607 SBA vehicle - Williams Machine & Tool – manufacturer of replacement parts (valve assembly, gaskets, etc.) - Products/Services Requested: - Repair services for 2018 International MV607 SBA (VIN 1HTEUMMM9KH613305) - Replace input shaft seal (remove/reinstall transmission, steam clean, road test) - Replace LL-800 hoist cylinder under the bed - Install new LL-800 hoist cylinder - Replace Williams Machine & Tool valve assembly gasket, breather cap, WCR-3 valve assembly, and safety stickers (part numbers: 1843, 1840, 10812A) - Warranty service for all repairs and parts - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be manufacturer-certified or otherwise authorized/qualified to perform repairs - All parts and services must be warranty-supported - Completion required within 14 calendar days after vehicle receipt - Work to be performed at contractor's site near NIST Gaithersburg

Description

NIST requires firm-fixed-price commercial repair services for its 2018 International MV607 SBA, VIN 1HTEUMMM9KH613305.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, fluids, shop supplies, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the repairs described in this SOW. The Contractor shall be manufacturer-certified or otherwise authorized/qualified, as applicable, to perform the required repairs and provide warranty-supported parts and service capabilities.
