Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service intends to request an extension and revision of a previously approved information collection titled "National Organic Program: Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE)". This collection supports the implementation of organic regulations and enforcement activities, including accreditation, certification, and import certification processes. The extension will allow AMS to integrate these activities into the National Organic Program information collection. Comments on this notice are invited by October 19, 2026.
