Henry County Schools is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced offerors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to deliver a turn-key finished product for graduation ceremonies from 2027 to 2029. The scope includes all stages and structures, sound system, video walls, soft-goods/skirts/scrim, lighting, electrical power, and live-streaming services. A rigging load certified technician must be on-site during all stages, truss, fly, and operation of equipment. All work must adhere to recognized industry standards.
